This true, tried and tested routine has an extraordinary effect on laymen and Magicians --- one of the best Card Divination methods created.

Effect:

You present an ordinary deck of cards. You give half the deck to Spectator #1 and you hand the remaining half of the deck to Spectator #2. Both Spectators are instructed to shuffle their cards / decks. They can freely shuffle the cards all day long --- put them in a spin dyer or toss them on the floor if they desire. After the shuffling is done, both spectators are directed to spread through their cards face-up and secretly select any card they desire. Each Spectator replaces their chosen card back into their half of the deck and again, each Spectator shuffles their cards. The Magician takes back the cards, fans through the deck and immediately finds the two chosen cards.

This routine comes with complete patter that centers on the two one-eyed Jacks (JS & JH).  Example:
