> No use of profanity -- your posting will be deleted.

> Be civil -- discussions may become heated but keep it civil. Realize that everyone has an opinion and that various skill levels exist between respondents..

> No advertisements from magic retailers or other sellers of items not related to the subject of magic. Local magic organizations and clubs are allowed to post their special activities for everyone's benefit.

> No exposuring of magic secrets. If you need help, post your question and then allow a reponse by e-mail.

Mimesis magic reserves the right to remove or edit any postings that do not conform to the above mentioned rules. These stated rules are not all encompassing, so remember: common sense & common decency rule.

We are not responsible or liable for any claims arising from the contents of the message board and or Site, nor for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omissions, falsehoods, pornography, obscenity,or inaccuracy contained within such locations on the Site.

You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, libelous, obscene, threatening, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane materials, or any materials that would constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. We will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting us to disclose the idenity of anyone posting any such information or materials.
